I propose a new game. What is scarier?

First up - spiders

What is scarier, a spider the size of a dog, or a spider the size of a car? and why?

That bottom spider is actually no bigger than your hand. It’s the angle of the camera that makes this deceiving.

So to answer the question…A spider the size of a car would be scarier.

I really needed to a 3rd option for Crazy LARPer chicks dressed as spiders.

It’s amazing the things that pop up in google images. Try searching pancakes on google images with safe search turned off. ;P

Back to the question at hand. I always figured the spider the size of a car would be less scary. If there was a spider the size of a dog, I would assume there is a whole pack of those suckers and always be freaking out that there was one behind me.

The one the size of a car would most likely be alone and I could keep it in front of me, hence less scary. Also, one that big would kill you in one bite, which would be really nice considering the alternative of being wrapped in a web and suffocated.
