Checked this movie out on netflix streaming over the weekend. “We Live in Public” came reccomended from a friend of mine who found it a very interesting but scary look at where the open internet can lead.

I agree with his assesment, but found it extremely revealing to follow the life of a early internet visionary who has no problem connecting online, but struggles with connecting with people in his day to day life. After making millions on the Internet Josh Harris spent his money performing social and psychological experiments with technology, including the underground “Doomsday Bunker” in NYC and creating the first online lifecast.
Who knew that he late 90’s NYC Art scene was so crazy? Fascism, interrogations and guns ranges as Art? This one really is worth a stream if you have netflix.
